Cosmetic Surgery Fee
Please note these fees are only an estimate. Each patient is unique, and their needs are different. Fees listed will be adjusted based on the complexity of your case, and the amount of time Dr. Strazar estimates your procedure will need. All fees are subject to change without notice. Final quotes will be provided only after you have been seen and assessed by Dr. Strazar in person.
Cosmetic Consultation Fee
The scheduling fee for a surgery consultation is $200. This is a one time fee, which will be credited towards the cost of your procedure should you book a surgery with Dr. Strazar.
Cosmetic Surgical Scheduling Fee
- There is a Surgical Scheduling Fee of $1,000. This is required to secure a surgical date. Until we received the fee, we do not guarantee your surgery date.
- This fee reserves a time for you and prevents another patient from being booked at the same time. For this reason the deposit is NON-refundable.
- This fee is deducted from the overall surgery fee (the outstanding balance is due no later than 3 weeks before surgery).
- Once we have received your Surgical Scheduling Fee, we will provide you with required paperwork and requisitions for you to complete and return to us.
